QLD and NSW Cyclone Update

 

Update 5:00PM – 12 March 2025

 

All back backlog of freight into QLD have been cleared as of Wednesday 12 March 2025.

Some areas areas such as Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast in QLD may not be accessible due to flooding or road closures and may impact or delay collections or deliveries into these areas.

We are monitoring the situation, and we will update our valued clients accordingly with any further updates available

Update 6:00AM – 10 March 2025

 

Due to backlog of freight into QLD please allow additional time for us to process Despatch and delivery of freight.

Some areas may be closed or inaccessible due to flooding or road closures and may impact or delay collections or deliveries into QLD.

We have several drivers unable to come to warehouse today due to flooded areas where they live and we are currently are limited with the deliveries into Brisbane Metro, South Seas QLD and part and Sunshine coast. Deliveries into regional QLD may be affected as well depending on road closures.

We are monitoring the situation, and we will update our valued clients accordingly with any further updates available

Update – Wednesday 5 March 2025 – 2:00PM


MRL Global will close its Depot in Brisbane from 12:00PM Thursday  6 March 2025, through to Friday 7 March 2026. 

    Location: 376–386 Beatty Road, Archerfield QLD 4108, Australia
    Closure Dates: Thursday, March 6th and Friday, March 7th, 2025
    Reason: Preventive measure due to Cyclone Alfred’s Impacts

IMPORTANT TRANSIT TIME NOTICE:  All freight into QLD will be delayed and additional transit times required.
