R U OK day is not limited to just this day and rather a reminder to look out for each other and whenever we feel someone is not well, we ask them “R U OK?”.
As part of MRL Global each staff member and their immediate family has access to mental health support services through our partner provider. Details are available through the HR team. We encourage all of you, your immediate family members or anyone else in the company that may need assistance to utilise these services.
